Joanna Figley

Joanna, the founder of GEM, is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Washington Bible College, and Wheaton Graduate School. Joanna is passionate about seeing God’s transforming power change lives. After 2 decades of vocational ministry, she now leads retreats,seminars, and mentoring groups. She combines her formal training in Bible and interpersonal communication skills with her many years of classroom teaching and church ministry. Joanna and her husband Steve reside in Gainesville, Florida. They have 2 adult children and one grandchild. joanna@graceencouragement.org

Robin Arnold

Robin ministers through teaching the Word of God. For over eight years she has led classes in her church and presented topics at women’s conferences and retreats based upon the Precept method of Inductive Bible Study. Robin is a University of Florida Law School graduate, a member of the Florida Bar and has served as an Assistant State Attorney in Ocala, Florida since 1990. robin@graceencouragement.org

Linda Callahan

Linda counsels from a Christian perspective and provides individual, marital, child and family psychotherapy. She specializes in women’s issues and has been in private practice since 1987. She has spoken at various churches, retreats, conferences for women and seminars that focus on marriage, parenting and finding balance in our lives as women. Linda also provides “life” coaching for those interested in better identifying their life’s gifts and callings in order to more fully realize their vision, goals and desires. Linda is married to Patrick, who is an Associate Pastor at The Family Church in Gainesville, Florida. They have three children. linda@graceencouragement.org

Steve Figley

Steve is a marriage counselor in private practice since 1996. He specializes in helping couples create a safe environment for open and supportive communication. He is nearing completion of his Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Florida. As a former pastor, Steve integrates his scriptural and clinical training, permitting him to share relational insights embedded in scriptural truth. steve@graceencouragement.org

Renee Cloutier

Renee loves to empower women with the message of God’s saving and transforming grace. Supporting her ministry through her work as an accountant for the past 30 years, she devotes many hours to one-on-one mentoring, Cleansing Streams classes and healing prayer to encourage women on their journeys to emotional wholeness. Renee has 2 adult daughters and 3 grandchildren. renee@graceencouragement.org
